8 Weeks | Beginner Level
Our most popular program for those new to ceramics. This comprehensive course covers all fundamental techniques, from your first centering exercise to glazing your finished pieces. You'll work with both hand-building and wheel throwing methods, exploring the full range of ceramic possibilities.
Weekend Workshop | Intermediate Level
Dedicate focused time to mastering the pottery wheel. This intensive weekend workshop concentrates exclusively on throwing techniques, from achieving perfect centering to creating complex forms. Ideal for those who want to accelerate their wheel skills or overcome specific technical challenges.
10 Weeks | Advanced Level
For experienced ceramicists ready to push their practice to new heights. This masterclass explores complex forms, advanced surface treatments, and artistic development. Students work on portfolio-quality pieces while receiving expert critique and guidance on developing a cohesive body of work.
6 Weeks | All Levels
Explore the artistic possibilities of clay through hand-building techniques. This course emphasizes creative expression and sculptural form, teaching methods for creating both functional and purely decorative pieces. Perfect for those interested in the more artistic side of ceramics.
One-on-one instruction tailored to your specific goals and schedule. Ideal for accelerated learning or addressing particular technical challenges. Sessions can focus on any aspect of ceramics from wheel throwing to glaze formulation.
Perfect for team building, celebrations, or friend gatherings. We design custom workshops for groups of 6-12 people. Create memorable experiences while learning a new craft together in our welcoming studio environment.
For students who have completed our foundation course, open studio time provides independent practice opportunities. Work at your own pace with access to all equipment and materials, with an instructor available for guidance.
Each session runs 2.5 to 3 hours, providing ample time for instruction, practice, and individual guidance. Classes maintain a maximum of 8 students, ensuring personalized attention from instructors. We provide all necessary materials, tools, and equipment as part of your course fee.
Students have access to the studio 30 minutes before and after class for setup and cleanup. Shelf space is provided for works in progress, and we handle all firing processes. Finished pieces are typically ready for collection 2-3 weeks after completion.
All clay, glazes, and tools are provided. You'll work with professional-grade stoneware and have access to our extensive glaze library. We supply aprons, but recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Finished pieces are yours to keep.
Our progressive curriculum builds skills systematically. Each course includes demonstrations, guided practice, and independent work time. Instructors provide individual feedback and technical support throughout your learning journey.
